Once you have purchased our hosting services, you will gain access to our exclusive “Your Dashboard” in which you can place and let us know your work requests and work updates for your business’ website.
After receiving your support request, our team will confirm it and produce an invoice for your purchase. You will receive an email confirming our webhosting services once everything is in order. As such, our staff will start working on your project right away and will start charging $10 per hour after you subscribe to the agency’s services.
Support Request
Step 1: Open the Chapman Marketing Solutions’ website.

Step 5: Once satisfied, click on the “Submit” button.

Step 6: Once you have submitted on your support request, you can click on the “Support Submissions” on the left side of your screen.
Note: Once you have submitted on your support request, our agency will begin to charge you $10 per hour for the agency’s services upon your subscription.
